1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Fitnest ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial use only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose
• Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on the Platform
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
• Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server

3. Account Registration

To access certain features of the Platform, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Booking and Payments

When you book a class or service through the Platform:

• You agree to pay all fees and applicable taxes associated with your booking
• Payment is processed at the time of booking
• Cancellation and refund policies vary by studio and are displayed at booking time
• Fitnest acts as an intermediary between you and the studio/trainer

5. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled class time are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to the individual studio's cancellation policy. No-shows are generally not eligible for refunds unless otherwise specified by the studio.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
• Harass, abuse, or harm another person or studio
• Post false, misleading, or defamatory reviews
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform
• Interfere with or disrupt the Platform or servers

7. Limitation of Liability

Fitnest shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Platform. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of the fitness services offered by studios on our Platform.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms of Service on this page. Your continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
